Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project pertains to the maintenance and management of street lights and their ancillary facilities within the Lingang Special Area (excluding some municipal access roads in Nicheng, Shuyuan, and Wanxiang Towns). For detailed requirements, please refer to the "Requirements" section as specified in the documents.
