Now, through this project, it entrusts an enterprise to act as the lead underwriter of this project (the specific issuance amount is subject to the actual issuance amount). The lead underwriter should provide underwriting services related to the bond issuance, specifically providing the purchaser with a feasible issuance plan for corporate bonds; responsible for coordinating and organizing lawyers, accountants and all other intermediary agencies to form a bond issuance team, coordinating the work of all intermediary agencies, and being responsible for the application and approval of the bond issuance and other related work; responsible for raising funds and providing post-issuance services.
