Cooperate with the purchaser and other relevant departments to quickly deal with emergency events and formulate corresponding emergency plans. Except for force majeure events, the relevant facilities must be kept in good technical condition under any other circumstances, so as to achieve good safety, complete specifications and good traffic (transportation) conditions of all kinds of facilities in the managed and maintained sections.
