In case of Joint Venture, the leading party shall meet the above requirement. Bidding from agent is not accepted for this project. “Manufacturer Qualification Statement” shall be provided (the format is as per IV-#-# in Chapter IV of Volume I). （##）投标人须提供加盖投标人公章的在有效期内的职业健康安全管理体系、环境管理体系、质量管理体系认证证书的扫描件。The bidder shall provide scanned copy of the valid occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, Environmental Management System Certification, and Quality Management System Certification Sealing with company stamp for domestic bidders(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below), while only signing for bidders abroad(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below). （##）投标人须提供####年#月#日至今粉体输送、粉体固液混合（含称重计量）、粉体加热、粉体冷却、配套料仓等成套供货业绩至少#个，或高吸水性树脂（SAP）固液混合、加热、冷却等设备有效业绩至少#个(业绩清单格式见第六章附表#)。The bidder must have the sales experience of at least # set of Powder conveying, powder solid-liquid mixing (including weighing and metering), powder heating, powder cooling, supporting material storage bin, etc, or the sales experience of at least # set of equipment for solid-liquid mixing, heating, cooling, etc in SAP plant from January #, #### to present.
