更正内容：
本项目采购文件第六章采购项目商务和技术要求/二、技术要求/#.基本要求：LOGIQ E#超声诊断仪等###台设备（详见下表）进行维修分项报价不能超出分项现价。 ### 维修、预防性维护和质量控制服务医疗设备的分项限价信息，投标（报价）供应商应以提供承诺函的方式响应，且不得在《商务技术文件》中出现具体报价信息。

#.其他说明：
（一）质疑文书内容及要求
#.供应商提出质疑应当提交质疑函和必要的证明材料。质疑函应当包括下列内容：供应商名称、通讯地址、联系人及联系电话；质疑的采购项目名称、编号；具体质疑事项和请求；事实依据；必要的法律依据；提出质疑的日期。#.质疑函应当由法定代表人或者法定代表人的授权代表签字，并加盖公章。质疑函由法定代表人签字并加盖公章的，必须同时出具法定代表人资格证明书；质疑函由法定代表人的授权代表签字并加盖公章的，必须同时出具法定代表人资格证明书和法定代表人签署的授权书。#.供应商应当在规定质疑期内一次性提出针对同一采购程序环节的质疑，质疑函的形式和内容不符合采购文件要求的，经质疑受理单位书面告知， ### 补正。#.采购管理热线： ########### （手机）、####-#######（座机）；通讯地址：广西桂林；受理内容： ### ### 业建设发展的建议，对采购工作作风、服务质量、保障效能等方面的意见、建议和批评， ### 采购工作及政策规定存在的疑问， ### 采购活动具体事项的投诉等；受理时间：法定工作日上班时间。
（二）质疑不予受理情形
#.质疑供应商未参与质疑采购项目（潜在供应商对其已依法获取的采购文件的质疑除外）。#.质疑供应商与质疑事项不存在利害关系。#.提出质疑的时间超过规定的质疑期限。#.提交的质疑材料不符合质疑文书内容的要求。#.质疑答复后，同一质疑供应商就同一事项再次提出质疑。#.未按采购文件要求在规定质疑期内一次性提出针对同一采购程序环节的质疑。#.法律法规规定的其他不予受理的情形。
