一、更正信息：
采购包#:
更正事项：采购公告
更正原因：
#. ### 调整，现针对已成功报名供应商，可在如下申领期内继续重新领取线下参数。#. ### 补发，详见线下申领材料。
更正内容：
线下申领要求，申领时间及方式如下：
（一）详细参数申领时间：####年#月##日至####年#月##日，上午#：##至##：##，下午##:##至##：##（逾期递交的报名资料，我部不予接收）。
（二）详细参数申领地点：天津市河东区富民路###号采购服务大厅。
（三）详细参数申领方式：投标单位指定专人（法定代表人或有效授权代表）现场领取，不接受代领、邮寄等其他方式。
（四）申领详细参数时需提供以下材料：( ### 附件，请严格按照附件模板要求编制报名资料)
#.营业执照或事业单位法人证书复印件加盖公章(军队单位不需要提供)；
#.法定代表人资格证明书原件；
#.法定代表人授权书原件，授权代表身份证和授权代表在投标前#个月内（不含投标当月） ### 保证明材料的复印件；
#.非外资（含港澳台）独资或控股的书面声明（事业单位、军队单位不需要提供）；
#.未被列入违法失信名单的承诺书；
#.其他特殊资格条件：投标供应商具备武器装备科研生产单位二级以上（含二级）保密资格的承诺书。
#. 严格按要求填写《申领文件登记表》。
#. ### 签订保密承诺书，承诺对文件有关内容严格遵守保密要求，如有违反保密约定情况， ### 理。
### 有材料每页均加盖单位公章后，扫描成PDF并刻录光盘，提供PDF扫描件。命名格式为：项目名称（项目编号）+投标供应商名称（XX年XX月XX日）申领资料。
（五）采购机构发售人：李助理：###－########
（六）文件售价：免费申领。

二、其他补充事宜
#.刻录完成后，请及时复核是否刻录成功。
#. ### ，预留充足的文件上传时间。
投标（报价）截止时间前，供应商应将密封完好的《加密电子投标（报价）文件》《不加密电子投标（报价）文件》以及《PDF版投标（报价）文件》各#份，每种类型单独密封在#个信封内，共#份光盘（#个信封），提交采购机构。
#.投标供应商在投标过程中涉及平台操作的技术问题，可致电技术支持热线，电话：###-########-#（平台邮箱: ### ##.com）。具体项目问题请联系前附表中的项目联系人，如电话无人接听，可通过短信形式将项目信息以及问题发送至联系人。未及时回复的， ### 业务服务值班电话：###-########。业务值班员工作时间：冬季 上午#:##-##:##、下午##:##-##:## ；夏季 上午#:##-##:##、下午##:##-##:##（周六、日为休息日（北京时间、节假日除外）。多次联系仍无法解决的， ### 门。
#.提前导入文件的相关要求：
该项目除开标当日受理投标文件外， ### 借助自助终端导入投标文件，此方式仅为投标文件导入的辅助方式，供应商可提前验证文件导入是否成功，供应商可自主选择提前导入或者开标当日导入。供应商授权代表在开标当日仍需携带投标资料（以采购文件要求为准） ### 投标受理登记，参加开标大会，解密投标（报价）文件。
（具体要求详见前附表：其他补充内容。）
#.提醒注意！！！ ### 文件后确认参加后续采购活动的，请在招标文件申领时间内点击确认报名，否则将报名不成功，无法参加投标！！！
