二、其他补充事宜
（#）请在规定的时间内尽早缴纳投标保证金，并在投标时单独携带投标保证金转账凭证以便后期办理投标保证金退还事宜；
（#）电子投标文件须严格按照规定递交，请各供应商递交投标文件前对照《招标文件》-通用文件中投标供应商须知第##条的要求检查电子投标文件的制作、密封是否有误。
（#）建议各供应商尽早到达投标地点并上传电子投标文件， ### ### 上传加密文件；也可在投标时携带载有加密电子投标文件的电脑， ### 刻录电子投标文件光盘，以应对可能出现的光盘损毁、加密电子投标文件损坏、文件格式不正确等突发情况。
（#）请各供应商编制投标文件时，根据《资格性审查表》和《符合性审查表》逐条逐项核对，避免因编制粗疏错漏导致无法进入后续评审。资格性审查及符合性审查内容有#项不满足即投标无效，请各供应商编制投标文件之后重点核对以下内容： ①投标供应商近一年内（投标截止时间前）任意#个月纳税证明、近一年内（投标截止时间前） ### 会保障金证明、 ### 文件要求的时间范围提供。 ②《投标文件》对商务要求和技术要求中的★项响应情况是否符合《招标文件》要求。
(#)投标(报价) ### 编制材料(如CMMI、PMP、FDA、CE等英文文本证书)以及外文合同等其他外文资料,均属于投标(报价) ### 分,应按照《采购文件标准文本(#.#版)》中有关规定提供中文译文;如未提供,该文本无效。另,供应商提供使用其他语言书写的相关材料的中文译文,应加盖投标(报价)供应商公章,投标(报价)文件加盖骑缝章的,视同加盖公章,否则该文本无效。
